I put 11 AI coding tools to the ultimate test with a simple challenge: “Make a Netflix clone.”
Some impressed me, some failed miserably, and a few delivered unexpected surprises. If you’ve ever wondered how well AI can build real apps, this breakdown is for you.

Off to a solid start! With a few more prompts, this could turn into a fully functional app. Not bad at all.
Got the hover effect spot on and even included a show page. But aspect ratio issues with the images made it look a little messy. Still, the loading animation was a nice touch.
Easily one of the worst. No images, overlapping elements, and a UI disaster. Let’s move on…
